Terms and Conditions


Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with The Whimsical Closet. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 

1. The Whimsical Closet reserves the right to cancel any incomplete order. Hence, please ensure that all information are provided accordingly in your orders. 

2. We do not accept cancellation of any orders. Hence, please ensure you are certain about placing an order before sending us an email. Deadbuyers will be blacklisted from future purchases.

3. All orders are handled on a first-come-first-served basis. In the event that the order falls through, the item will be made available to the next confirmed buyer in line.

4. Payments not made within 24 hours will be deemed as cancelled. If you are unable to make payment within 24 hours, please inform us. Please make payment ONLY upon receiving our invoice. In the event that payment is not received within 24 hours without any notice, we will release the item to the next buyer in line.

5. Please note that The Whimsical Closet will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Hence, it is recommended to opt for registered mail.

6. All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable. 

7. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for The Whimsical Closet to get back to you on your order. We would appreciate your patience. However, in the event that you do not hear from us after 2 working days, do send us a reminder in case of lost mails. 

8. The Whimsical Closet do not entertain any refunds/exchange/returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect items mailed out. Kindly email us at thewhimsicalcloset@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further. Exchanges must be done within 10 working days (Saturdays are considered as non- working days) from the day the item is mailed out. Items with manufacturing defects must be in unwashed or unworn condition for the exchange to take place. Defected items have to be mailed back to us within 3 working days from the feedback. The Whimsical Closet will absorb the postage cost arising from manufacturing defects. In the event that the item is not available for exchange, a full refund will be given.

9. Due to resolution differences and lighting effects, there may be a slight disparity in the color of the clothing photographed and the actual product. However, we always try our best to present it as true to the actual product as we can to our shoppers. Hence, r
equests for exchange due to such reason will be rejected.

10. All actual measurements may differ by about 0.5" - 1". 
In such cases, it is not considered a defect and no exchanges will be allowed. For accuracy of items, do refer to measurements stated. Uk sizing included are used as a gauge only.

11. All clothes purchased are advised to be either hand washed or dry cleaned. Avoid using the spin dry function and use low heat to iron on materials such as chiffon/lace/silk/polyester/viscose, etc.

12. All content and images are owned by The Whimsical Closet. Without the permission of The Whimsical Closet, any content or images are not to be distributed or downloaded for personal or commercial use.

13. The Whimsical Closet reserves the right to to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
