Ordering Information

1) How to Order?

Confirm your order by leaving a comment in the following format:

Subject of email: Item No./Code/Confirmed
1. Colour & size (if any):
2. Quantity:
3. Normal / Registered Postage:
4. Alternative Item: (Pls state alternative colour or size in case item is oos)

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice from us to make payment within 24 hours.

2) Postage 

Postage prices can vary according to their respective weight.

1. The charges for Normal Postage is as follows:
         - 1st Item: $1.50 (unless otherwise stated)
         - 2nd and Subsequent Items: Additional $0.50 on each subsequent item
2. Registered mail costs additional $2.30 (inclusive of GST) on top of the normal charge. (Recommended in case of loss of package))
3. For customers who wish to ship their orders overseas, please consult us on the shipping cost. All overseas charges will have to be paid by customers.  

3) How to Pay 

1. Pay to POSB Savings account. Payment must be made within 24 hours. Failure to do so without informing us beforehand will result in your order being void and the reserved item will be released to the next customer.(This will also result in blacklisting.) 

2. Inter-banking transfer. Upon completing the transfer, email us your IB nick, bank from which the payment is transferred from and transaction number. Do allow 3-4 working days for your payment to processed and verified. In the event that inter-bank transfers did not go through, customers are responsible to check with their respective banks at their end. 

3. ATM transfer. We will require a snapshot/photograph of your receipt with our invoice no. and your email address written on it. Scanned copies are not accepted to prevent fraud cases.

4. Upon receiving your payment, we will send out your item within 3 working days.
